You will learn about the available work modes and decide which ones suit your fitness and endurance.

The SGPro app includes:professional courses and training plans,training history,· description of trainings for individual muscle groups.By using the impressive database of developed training courses, you will ensure the effectiveness of the exercises performed.
Each course consists of a warm-up, proper training and cool-down.Comprehensive training plans are adapted to all muscle groups.
Each exercise includes a description and a short video showing the correct way to perform it.
Training plans are divided into levels of advancement: beginner, advanced and professional.
Do you want to exercise with SmartGym Pro and create your own training plan?Just select the exercises in SGPro and enter them on the created list in the application.
You can review your activity at any time.
In the Training History tab, you can verify each completed training.
You can see:type of exercise performed,total loadthe number of calories burned.
